Amazon Smile pays 0.5% cashback on your Amazon purchases to Friends of Halstow. Once you've set it up the only thing to remember is to start at everything else is automatic. This is the easiest way to help.

There's a video to watch below if you wish or here are the steps you'll need to do:

  1. Go to

  2. Log in if you aren't already logged in.

  3. Search for Friends of Halstow in the search box.

  4. Select Friends of Halstow, it should be the only search result.

  5. Select the tick box to indicate you need to start at the correct address and click start shopping.

  6. From then on so long as you start at it will automatically generate the cashback.

There are ways you can make sure you always start at smile, e.g., bookmarking, but if you forget Amazon will have a small pop up to indicate you are not at smile. It will disappear shortly.

Thanks a lot for enrolling it makes a difference.

You cannot use smile with the Amazon app. Good news is you can put a bookmark on your home screen that will do the same job. Here's how:

  1. Open up Chrome (other browser will be similar but might be slightly different.)

  2. Go to

  3. In the 3 dots menu press 'Add to Home Screen'

  4. Change the long name to something shorter, e.g., Amazon

  5. It will be added to your home screen and you'll be able to move it wherever you wish.
