Friends of Halstow is hosting a Reception and New Families Mixer. All families of children in the incoming 2023/2024 Reception class, as well as any families who are new to Halstow Primary School, are welcome. This is a wonderful opportunity for the children to play together and for you to meet the families who will be a part of your community for the next 7 years!
You will have the opportunity to buy Friends of Halstow branded school kit or you can shop online.
You will also have the opportunity to meet some of the Friends of Halstow committee members and find out more about the charity which raises money for Halstow Primary School.
This is a free event with light refreshments provided by Friends of Halstow.
You may want to bring a packed lunch for your little one since this event spans lunchtime.
The Bridge is an enclosed play area within the East Greenwich Pleasaunce so the children will be able to play safely within view, while the adults chat. There are toilets on site.
We can't tell you the number of times the year WhatsApp groups have come to the rescue with reminders about fancy dress day, packed lunches needed for a trip or class photos! We have a created a Reception 2023 WhatsApp group to get you started.
